Checklist for "live" Aum Events 2023/24:

Health: please do not attend the Aum if you feel unwell

Clothing/water: Bring loose, comfortable clothes suitable for dance/movement 
It's a good idea to bring water and a change of T-shirt too, as the process is very active

Check-in times may vary - usually, check-in starts at 2.15 pm
 
Newcomers arrive at 2.15 p.m. for registration and induction talk.

Be on time! : Please allow plenty of time for your journey in London and
check TFL for transport updates before traveling.

A full explanation of the process will be given to newcomers,
and we will warm up with some dance music before the Aum begins.

End time: We will finish with a short sharing and the event will be complete at around 5.45 pm


 
Venue and directions for "live" Aum events

 
Academy Studios, 15 Pratt Mews, London NW1 0AD. The Balcony Studio is on the top floor.
Directions - easy walking distance (4 mins) from tube station: Camden (Northern Line), or many bus routes.
 
 
Sometimes we eat afterward at a local restaurant if you wish to join us!
