Newcomers arrive at 2.15 p.m. for registration and induction talk.
Allow plenty of time for your journey in London and
check TFL for transport updates before traveling. Your prompt arrival is appreciated!
We will warm up with some dance music before the Aum begins.
We will finish with a short sharing and the event will be complete at around 5.45 pm
Health: please do not attend the Aum if you feel unwell

Academy Studios, 15 Pratt Mews, London NW1 0AD. The Balcony Studio is on the top floor.
Directions - easy walking distance (4 mins) from tube station: Camden (Northern Line), or many bus routes.
Sometimes we may eat after the Aum at a local restaurant if you wish to join us!
